Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas in Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Socks (all types)
- Sports Bras (all styles)
- Bottles & Hydration Packs
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Return an Item
- Submit Your Request
Email our customer service at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name, size/color
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package & Ship
Include in your return package:
- Original product packaging with all tags
- Any included accessories
- Copy of order confirmation (if available)

We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email.
Refund Information
- Approved refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- International refunds issued in USD (amount may vary based on exchange rates)
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on eligible items:
- Follow standard return process above
- Clearly specify replacement size/color in your email
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges within same product line
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping service recommended
- Customs fees and import duties non-refundable
