Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Please note:

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box (please place inside a shipping box)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Socks (all types)
  • Sports Bras (all styles)
  • Bottles & Hydration Packs (for health safety)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

These exceptions align with standard athletic apparel industry practices.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your item(s) including:

  • Original product packaging
  • All tags and labels
  • Any included accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation (if available)

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on eligible items:
